Our team is carefully selected to provide a range of creative and traditional training styles.

Our personal training services are for individuals of any age or fitness level, including those with health conditions that may improve with exercise under the guidance of a personal trainer. “Mi40X Fitness Center” provides you with an individualized exercise program tailored to meet your goals, and your health and fitness needs.

ALL our staff are university trained and are passionate in helping you achieve your goals. No Gimmicks, just real honest, friendly customer service, and innovative and evidence based practice. The best part is you don’t need to be a member of a gym to access our professional staff. Whilst we do offer a membership service, you can still access personal training without the membership fees.

We also offer free diet guides with nutritional advice and life style analysis. The next step is to carry out some fitness tests to work out current fitness levels, the results of which can be used later to look back and see the progression achieved over the time that you train. Each personal training session will be customized for each client.

All personal training clients receive monthly progress reports outlining your improvements, goals and progress in the previous month.
